DMCA Notice

NowHDTime works as a catalog and search service for movies and TV shows. We do not host, store, stream or upload any video, media file or copyrighted material on our servers.

1. Third-Party Content

Videos, streams and downloads reachable through NowHDTime are provided by unaffiliated third-party websites. NowHDTime only shows information about titles and links to content that is already publicly available on the internet.

We do not control the content hosted by these third parties, and we cannot delete files from servers we do not operate.

2. Copyright Infringement and Removal

NowHDTime respects intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe that a link or embedded player on NowHDTime infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown request. After receiving a valid request we will promptly remove the link from our platform.

Important: removing a link from NowHDTime does not remove the file from the internet. The content stays online on the third-party server that hosts it. Please also contact the hosting provider to request a complete takedown.

3. Submitting a Notice

To request the removal of a link from NowHDTime, contact us through our contact form. To help us act quickly, include:

• The exact NowHDTime page address (URL) where the link or player appears.
• Details of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
• Proof that you own the copyright or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
