1. Acceptance
By using the sports pages of NowHDTime you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using them. The terms cover the board, the schedule, the channel guide, the multi-stream, the match pages and the player inside them.
2. What this service is
The sports pages are a schedule and a viewing interface. Fixtures, start times and the list of feeds come from an events service configured by the site team, and the player plays the feed you select through this site’s own address.
The feeds themselves are supplied by third parties. We do not produce them, and nothing on this site is a claim of ownership over a broadcast or a grant of rights to one.
3. Licence to use
You may use the pages for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not re-stream, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or present the schedule or the feeds as your own service. Signed player links are issued for one browser and must not be extracted, shared or fed into another program or device farm.
4. Accounts and subscriptions
Browsing the board needs no account. If this site offers a paid plan or restricts playback to signed-in members, the price, billing cycle and cancellation rules shown at the point of purchase form part of these terms for that plan.
5. Your stored preferences
Timezone, followed teams and multi-stream choices are stored in your own browser. Clearing site data removes them permanently and they cannot be restored from the server.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, crawl or automate requests to the pages, the player or the events endpoints. Request limits are applied and enforced.
- Do not attempt to bypass the link sealing, the rate limits or any access rule in the player.
- Do not disrupt the site or the hosting it runs on, and do not use the interface to mislead anybody about live results or broadcast availability.
- Do not upload or send unlawful, abusive or infringing material through the contact form.
7. Third-party names and rights
Competition, club and channel names appear as descriptive references. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply a partnership, endorsement or a licence to broadcast anything.
8. Availability
The board is provided as-is. Fixtures depend on the events feed and can change, be delayed or disappear without notice; a feed can go down and a server can stop working. No service level, uptime guarantee or refund is offered for the schedule itself.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for any loss arising from use of the pages, including reliance on a start time, a listed feed or a score shown in the interface. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
These terms may be revised. The version and effective date at the top of this page always describe the terms you are reading, and continuing to use the pages after a change means you accept the revised version.
11. Contact
